What similarities are there between this play and 'Streetcar'? What parallels can you find between the events of this play and those of Williams' own life?

AS Language & Literature

A 'Streetcar Named Desire' came to London last year. Read reviews of the performance, starring Rachel Weisz HERE and HERE. If you were staging the play, who would you cast as Blanche, Stella, Stanley and Mitch?
